CONDITIONS FOR GUARANTEE – HAYLEYS – AGRO TECHNICA LTD.

1. The Guarantee period is counted from the date of purchase by the customer.
2. The Guarantee is covered only against technical, material or production defects which occur during the guarantee period.
3. To obtain the guarantee service, the product specified herein should be handed over to any of the Authorized Service Agents of Hayleys (Agro Technica Ltd) company together with the duly filled valid Guarantee Certificate and the original purchase invoice. All expenses  incurred in presenting the product for service shall be borne by the customer.
4. The Guarantee does not cover unusual wear and tear of parts due to excessive use and CDI units, Spark Plugs Cutter Blandes, Water Seals, Condensers etc.
5. The Guarantee becomes null and void if the product has been subject to repair, attempted repair of modification by and unauthorized person or if the Serial Number has been altered, defaced, obliterated or removed from the product or the product has been subject to any impact, accident, willful damage ,lightning, floods or any acts of God, being operated in a corrosive atmosphere or to civil riots, commotion, voltage drop or surge, misuse or has been operated contrary to the instructions given or implied, or has been operated negligently. The guarantee becomes void if the product has been used for a purpose other than the purpose which it is built for. In addition any unauthorized alteration, amendments or obliteration to this certificate shall render the guarantee null and void.

If any dispute arises with regard to applicability of the Guarantee, the decision of Agro Technica Ltd, shall be final and conclusive.

Please return this counterfoil duly perfected to the Company, for registration.

Important

After completion of relevant  portion by the dealer, the purchaser  must post it within 10 days to the address given overleaf, if not the guarantee will not be invalid.
